Unlike normal hydrogenated oils which are extremely bad for our body, coconut oil has many health benefits.

So how do we use coconut oil in our diet?
It’s really simple. We can use it in place of normal oils. Use it to lightly fry eggs or meats. The oil reaches liquid state when heated and has a pleasant aroma and light taste that complements most foods. Coconut oil is slightly fattier than normal oils so use it in moderation. Even if it is full of good fats, we must always be aware of how much we are consuming. Responsible eating is a cornerstone for fat loss.

Two Types Of Coconut Oil Which Assist Fat Loss

There are 2 kinds of coconut oil. Extra virgin coconut oil and refined coconut oil. The extra virgin version is a better choice. It is produced using better methods and in more sanitary conditions. However, extra virgin coconut oil has a stronger taste.
As with all things, start slowly and use coconut oil sparingly till you get used to the taste and grow to like it.
